Le pr\u00e9sident de la HAS, le P<sup>r<\/sup> Lionel Collet, a n\u00e9anmoins accept\u00e9 de recevoir la R\u00e9daction du magazine pour un entretien en ses lieux. Il a souhait\u00e9 que chacun puisse parler tr\u00e8s librement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La conversation s\u2019est engag\u00e9e sur les pratiques recommand\u00e9es par la HAS pour l\u2019autisme infantile et les raisons de la non-recommandation, au d\u00e9but 2026, des interventions psychanalytiques, ses cons\u00e9quences pour les patients et les praticiens, prenant parfois la tournure d\u2019un d\u00e9bat vif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce fut aussi l\u2019occasion d\u2019\u00e9changer avec lui sur son parcours, ses passions, ses conceptions \u2013 notamment celle du fonctionnement humain et des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes d\u2019ordre psychologique.
